Notes:
1. Discounts For stays of 2 weeks a 5% discount is allowed, this is increased to 10% for 3 weeks and 15% for 4 weeks. For longer periods, rates can be negotiated.
2. Short-Stay For stays of less than 7 days an additional one off charge of €45 is made to cover extra maintenance costs.
3. Sofa Bed If the sofa bed is required, an extra €4.50/day is payable to cover laundry and bedding.
4. Payments On placing the booking a 25% deposit is taken. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the stay, or immediately if booked within 8 weeks of the arrival date.
5. Damage Deposit For online bookings, you may choose to pay a €30 non-refundable damage waiver or opt to pay a refundable €200 breakage deposit with the full payment.
6. Booking Charges Online bookings incur a €12 booking fee to our provider, RentalSystems. This provides a moneyback guarantee in the event that the accommodation does not meet advertised standards. If you pay by credit card, RentalSystems will levy a 2% credit card fee. Payments by Debit card do not incur this charge.
